The Customer
Austin Fitness Rentals started as a brick and mortar fitness equipment rental service in 2013. It was the first of it’s kind in Austin and there were no off-the-shelf rental programs that worked for all the intricacies required in renting fitness equipment for short and long durations for homes, offices, business, movie shoots and conventions.

Renting large, heavy and expensive products like treadmills requires a far different software solution than what is typically offered.
